is one of more than 1000 “Community Action Agencies” in the United States. The Agency is a non-profit corporation that has been designated by the federal government to combat poverty in Merced County.

Our Vision is to eliminate poverty in Merced County through individual and organizational dedication, collaboration, and innovation.

Our Mission is to serve, advocate, and collaborate for those in need by developing innovative strategies for self-empowerment.
