Every MCCAA member is competent with computer and networking technology, and all Merced County citizens have access to competency training and networking technology.
To provide MCCAA programs with a high quality, accessible, integrated, secure and dependable management information and technology infrastructure system.
• Update, maintain and continuously support the agency’s computer technology, software and networking infrastructure
• Assess and monitor technology trends and updates to improve agency programs, communications and information systems technologies
• Routine agency computer and network technology maintenance and testing.
• MCCAA Division Department computer, software and technology upgrades.
• Installation and administration support of MCCAA Local Area Networks (LAN)
• Operation of an agency staff software and technology “help desk” customer service.
• MCCAA Management Information System database design, development and deployment assistance to MCCAA Division/Departments.
• Continued upgrading of the agencies facilities.
