authorize the Community Action Board (CAB) Chairperson to sign contract
#CPRE-8203, State Preschool for program year 2008-2009, Local Agreement for
Child Development Services, California Department of Education. Contract Amount: $306,601. F. BOARD

F-4 F-1 Approve
and Authorize the Merced County Community Action Board Chairperson or the Merced
County Community Action Agency Executive Director to sign the Services
Agreement between the Merced County Community Action Agency and Morgan
Architects to be the designated architect for the property located at F-2 Approve
and Authorize the Merced County Community Action Board Chairperson or the Merced
County Community Action Agency Executive Director to sign the Services
Agreement between the Merced County Community Action Agency and Morgan
Architects to be the designated architect for the property located at F-3 Approve
submitting the grant application to the USDA Community Food Projects. The program will facilitate the access of
fresh, seasonal, fruits and vegetables to WIC participants from local farmers
when the new WIC food packages roll out in September 2009. Grant Amount: $300,000.
Terms: Three

and authorize an amendment to Item Part IV, C, 7 of the current Prohibition
Against Non-Prescription Controlled Substances and Alcohol Policy, page 35,
